Meriplex is looking for a Scheduler to join our strong-growing organization. In this role, you will manage resource schedules to ensure the right resource is assigned to the right task, the task is completed in a timely manner and that additional resources as assigned as needed. The Scheduler resolves scheduling conflicts as well as escalates issues work is not completed within the scheduled timeline. This position confirms the correct labor charging and billing to ensure that each resources’ time spent is accurately documented.

- Develop a scheduling process to manage resources.
- Complete a listing of resources and skill sets by locations. This is how you become the best subject matter expert!
- Resolve issues when scheduled resources do not complete work as scheduled or are pulled for escalations. Set your team up for success. Nobody likes to be left in the dark.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills for communications to technical and non-technical staff & customers. Your patience under high pressure situations will payoff here.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. This is how you become the best subject matter expert!

Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant experience in the following areas will get you off to a great start:
- 4+ years of experience in scheduling projects and service tickets.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and most importantly listening, to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Excellent time management skills, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Background in an IT or Managed Services highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college preferred.
- Prior Telecommunications and/or IT infrastructure experience preferred.
- Experience with ConnectWise and SmartSheet highly preferred.

- Assisting Professional Services in managing the service ticket board.
- Assigning resources
- Coordinating all needs with the client.
- Resolving issues effectively and immediately.
- Assisting with scheduling of non-Professional Services resources when special skill sets are needed or Professional Services are not available.
- Successful track record of both short- and long-term client project completions with references.
- Demonstrating the ability to drive timelines with internal resources across Meriplex.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrating the ability to work with multiple internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, as well as building/maintaining relationships with clients, partners and alliances.
- Demonstrating the ability to apply complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction, demonstrating the use of critical thinking techniques.
- Ability of sound business acumen skills; thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, written, verbal, and listening
- Must be able to document issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and/or as a part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- CAPM highly preferred, must be acquired within the first six months of employment if not complete.
- Certified Project Manager Professional (PMI PMP) preferred.

Work Schedule/Travel – Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to meet deadlines.
