Compass is recruiting for a Scheduler for our Dallas location. The Scheduler is responsible for:

General responsibilities include: 

• Communication – Frequent and transparent, early escalation of issues. 
• Collaboration –Seek out and gather important schedule information from team members when developing schedules (e.g. Delivery team, Design team, Supply Chain team, Sales, Commissioning), work across multiple time zones and support multiple projects during preconstruction and construction. 
• Adaptability – Willingness to do things the “Compass way”. 
• Customer SOQs and RFQs –Develop preliminary schedules with key milestones for early deal pursuits. 

• GC Bid Process –Provide a project schedule for GC RFP (tender) packages that includes OFCI deliverables, Commissioning and Handover milestone dates. 
• GC Project Schedules –Evaluate GC project schedule updates and provide weekly milestone summary updates to the Compass team. 
• Participate in meetings with project teams, and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a Compass project 
• Perform schedule analysis for projects across the region using schedule data submitted by GCs and visual schedules updates by Compass CMs. 
• Train project teams and GC partners on Compass’ scheduling program/expectations. 

• Audit projects for compliance with scheduling documentation expectations. 
• Familiarity with prefabrication and modular construction concepts is preferred. 
• Travel is anticipated to be less than 25%. 
• This position is based in Dallas, TX.
