Job Description:
Provide Scheduling and PP&C integration Support for the Material & Process (M&P) Laboratory project under the NASA CPSS contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
β’ Provide modifications and refinement of planning, resource allocation, and cost estimating processes.
β’ Provide planning estimating, scheduling, and technical capability management support
β’ Gather and input status/forecast changes to project schedules.
β’ Conduct βwhat-ifβ scenario analysis and work-around planning to provide project management with resource and schedule projections.
β’ Analyze budget and resource requirements for programs/projects in order to assure cost and schedule compatibility.
Experience Requirements:
β’ 17 years of applicable experience (12 years in Aerospace/Research and Development)
β’ Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.
β’ Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.) desired.
β’ Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
β’ Extensive experience using commercial schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
β’ Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools.
β’ Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
β’ Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.
