Join Beacon ABA Services as Scheduling Coordinator!

This will be a 5-month contract, full-time Monday - Friday, with the exciting possibility of staying on as a permanent employee upon contract completion. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!

Join the Beacon Team - As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking services. Your efficient management of incoming inquiries will directly impact the lives of children with autism.

This is a full-time, office position. Full training provided!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in more than one language
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work with and communicate professionally across multidisciplinary teams verbally, via email, and text.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills
• The ability to take initiative and present solutions when identifying challenges.
• At minimum a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required
• Two (2) years of experience in an office or medical practice setting is required
