Responsibilities and Duties

Brooke Knoll Village is seeking compassionate QMA or CNA who wants to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:

• Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff 
• Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
• Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
• Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
• Coordinate records of absenteesim, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
• Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
• Nursing floor duties as allowed

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Medical Aide (QMA) or CNA in the state of Indiana.
• Customer service experience and understanding of Long Term Care staffing needs, preferred.
• Customer service skills and the understanding of the long -term care staffing needs, preferred.
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
