Scheduling Operations Analyst

• Acts as a subject matter expert for assigned products while working in cross-functional teams to deliver creative and strategic initiatives relating to product and service enhancements
• Reviews and consults on design and content of all assigned scheduling products to ensure consistency across electronic platforms, efficiency, lack of redundancy, appropriateness, and relevance to business and strategic objectives through a patient-focused lens
• Evaluates incoming tasks and helps determine what provides the greatest business value and advises leadership on prioritization and resourcing of strategies
• Assesses, interprets, and analyzes customer needs and requirements to inform enhancements and improvements of assigned products
• Develops and proposes solutions by applying accepted processes and creates new approaches to leverage technology
• Drives innovation into our digital/electronic platforms by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and partnering with experts from across the company to gather intelligence about competitive products (internal and external) and translates learnings into strategies
• Creates and regularly updates a 1–2-year product roadmap of enhancements and improvements that drive measurable value
• Gathers and publish KPIs aligned with the overall vision

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference in business administration, information systems, or health related field

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in business analysis or scheduling systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, platforms, and data flow to help provide analytical support and expertise needed to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions
