Job Description
As aĀ School Coordinator atĀ Think Academy, you will be a key player in the coordination and management of various Think Academy activities, programs, and events. You will collaborate closely with our teachers, staff, parents and students to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day TA affairs. This position may also requireĀ heavy lifting up and potentially more thanĀ 25 lbs (11 kg).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily Think Academy operations including schedules, resources, and facilities
- Assist in organizing learning center event and activities
- Perform front desk role to provide supreme customer service to visitors, parents, and students
- Maintain the campus facility, equipment, and classroom supplies with a high standard
- Communicate regularly with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on school matters
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork among students and staff
- Support teachers and staff in maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment
- Assist in student enrollment process and other academic administration activities; assist with other projects and perform other duties as neededĀ
Qualifications
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Associate's Degree also accepted)
- Proven experience in educational coordination, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel)
- An interest or passion for education and working with young childrenĀ
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs (11+ kg)
