Job Description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure with CUSI Construction? We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SCIF Construction Project Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission. As our SCIF Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

In this key position, you will work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations are met. Your excellent leadership and project management skills will be vital in managing project teams, schedules, budgets, and resources. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients. This position will be required to travel as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the construction of SCIFs from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all SCIF construction projects meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
  • Conduct site surveys, develop project plans, and provide estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all SCIF construction projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure that all SCIF construction projects comply with security requirements, including physical and technical security measures.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (Architecture, Engineering, Business) a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCIF construction project management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry best practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Familiarity with security requirements for SCIF construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Annual Salary Range: $80K-120K+, depending on experience.
