Role Summary

In this role, you will collaborate with product owners, technology leads, and other program managers and stakeholders to ensure everyone on the team understands the required deliverables. You will help with setting team goals and facilitating scrum ceremonies as needed. You will coach the development team in self-organization and remove any impediments that might delay delivery. You will manage small projects and own documentation, reporting and coordination of the project. You will also encourage and promote the adoption of agile methodologies, Scaled Agile, Scrum and Kanban framework in the organization and facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide agile ceremonies related to Quarterly and Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Retrospectives and ensure targeted outcomes are consistently met by the team with standards set by the Portfolio Delivery Office (PDO).
• Focus the scrum team on creating high value increments that meet the definition of done agreed by the product team
• Ensures that risks and dependencies are visible inside and outside the team; helps remove impediments that prevent the team from making progress and meeting its commitments
• Become familiar with the underlying businesses and understand specific software applications developed, enhanced or supported to meet user requests
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain product backlogs and production support requests
• Remove barriers between stakeholders and scrum teams
• Define and establish team and program level metrics and drive adoption, communication and meaning of the agreed to metrics.
• Ensure deliverables meet stakeholder and product requirements and quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Manage projects to successful and timely completion, track due dates, continuously engage stakeholders and dependencies, report on progress

Eligibility Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Lead, with experience independently running agile ceremonies
• Intermediate to advanced experience with JIRA/Confluence
• Influence team members and stakeholders to provide directional leadership, build trust and bring a diverse team to consensus
• Encourage the team to take ownership of their process, tasks and environment required for successful delivery of committed outcomes
• Detail Oriented and self-motivated
• Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
