Scrum Master

Infotel is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Barcelona. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of Agile principles and practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the effective use of Scrum processes and support our goal of delivering high-quality software products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coaching and mentoring the development team in agile practices and the adoption of Scrum
• Identifying and removing any impediments or barriers that may hinder the team from reaching their sprint goals
• Collaborating with product owners to ensure the product backlog is properly maintained, prioritized, and refined
• Monitoring and tracking the team's progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders, and addressing any risks or issues

• Scrum Master certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
