Basic Requirements

• Work experience as a Scrum Master
• Experienced in process consulting and working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Able to coach project stakeholders and help an organization adapt to an Agile environment.
• Ability to work with higher management and report on status and health of an Agile program.
• Participate in and/or lead ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.
• Proficient in tracking tools such as Rally, Rational Team Concert, Confluence, Jira, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience exercising mature judgment

• Advanced Degree
