Scrum Master

Position Role/Tile: Scrum Master
Location: Cary, NC.

Desired qualifications/experience:
• 9+ years of relevant experience as scrum master
Specific Agile project delivery experience, good technical background• Should be strong scrum master, and should have worked as developer in Data platforms in the past• Good experience in Banking domain, Investment banking, Asset Wealth management domain is required• Specific Agile coaching experience - experience introducing, establishing and coaching Agile framework across delivery teams.• Agile at scale experience - managing one team of 3-5 resources• Experience managing multiple teams via "Scrum of Scrums" model - comfortable with both the administration of this model, as well as identifying issues and working with management to resolve challenges across the teams.
