Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the Agile process
- Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Helps the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Ensures that all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive, and kept with the timebox
- Causes the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
- Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the team
- Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional and productive
- Fosters self-organization and cross-functionality of the team
- Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each sprint (or other time period).
- Coaches Agile Teams to be cross-functional and Self-managing high performing teams
- Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Helps the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items
- Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Leads, trains and coaches the organization in its Agile adoption
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
- Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile team (3+ yrs), tech domain preferred
- Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience > 2yrs
- Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing)
- Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
- good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement
- Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred)
- Scrum Master and Agile Certifications
- Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum@Scale
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

This role is to manage the agile process within the DAVE Organization.
They are serving as a Scrum of Scrum Masters within CTI DAVE Organization and would:
- facilitate trainings and coaching for Scrum Masters and Product owners within a pillar
- cascade best practices within CTI DAVE Organizations
- facilitate scaling within a pillar - support coordination of efforts that span across multiple teams, coach teams to adopt scrum at scale practices for alignment and impediments removal
- actively participate in continuous improvements of the within CTI Services Framework - share feedback & lessons learnt from the pillar with other Agile Leads and contribute to the defining best practices and governance
- measure Agile Transformation within a pillar
- capture and analyze portfolio level metrics
- ensure teams are tracking metrics around delivery efficiency to drive continuous improvements
