The Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to coach teams to self organize so they can predictably deliver value on a sustainable cadence. You must have 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Accountabilities (Team Effectiveness)
• Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Teams progress
• Ensure all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox.
• Help find techniques for Product Goal definition and Product Backlog Management
• Help establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed or requested.
Coach, challenge and support your team to achieve their best
-Educate the team in the operation of the framework they have selected.
-Support team in their continuous improvement activities.
-Focus on committed work.
-Hold the team accountable for the decision they make
-Model the behaviors we expect to see in the team.
-Encourage a bias for done.
Coach and Support the organization in general agility
-Coach and educate agile mindset., engineering practices, and techniques
-Educate others in agile frameworks and framework selection
-Support new team startup
--Participate in agile education delivery
