This is where you come in! We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master on the Digital Transformation (dXp) Team!

Job Overview:

LG is one of the leading electronics companies in the world, and we are hiring a talented Scrum Master professional to join our Product and Technology teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one to many development scrum teams to ensure the successful and timely end-to-end delivery of product features across multiple websites, online storefronts & digital properties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction by working together collaboratively to drive end-to-end results
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization, ensuring transparent communication between all dependent teams
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments to keep sprints moving forward
• Actively manage Jira board(s), help tickets advance through sprint(s), and move tickets to relevant boards as required
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Collaborate tightly with the Program Manager to ensure all timelines, release plans, risks, issues, and dependencies are documented and shared as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years prior experience managing or participating on scrum team(s), preferably as the scrum master
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and resolve conflict when it arises
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Other Qualifications and Competencies:

• Background working with collaborative multidisciplinary Product and Engineering teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Highly experienced with Agile software development life cycle
• Experience building/delivering consumer electronic products
• Highly experienced with Atlassian, Figma, and other project management tools
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives and workstreams seamlessly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; flexible and adaptable, able to learn new things quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must-Have - Scrum Master certification
• Nice to Have - Business Analyst certification
• Nice to Have - PMP certification
