What You Will Be Doing:

Coach, guide and facilitate Agile software development by leading highly collaborative, organized and accountable teams to meet business goals and deliver customer value.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent leadership, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and manage collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with business and technical partners and external stakeholders.
• Scrum Master training and Scrum Master work experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or projects preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
