Scrum Master

Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc is looking for an experienced scrum master. The Scrum Master provides oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. Provides guidance and helps educate the team while ensuring that the Agile process is being followed. Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed. Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team. Executes techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.

Understand Ground and Space C2 concepts and applications to support the mission integration between space domain mission areas.

SAFe Agile software development helping cross-functional software development teams apply SAFe principles Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance Resolving issue that hinder the teams' work. Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Agility (Version One) or other Agile management tools.

Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Requires a background in project management and SCRUM Master experience.

AEHF Capability Evolution Protected Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) satellites (Advanced EHF (AEHF)

Agile Certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe).

Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, business, computer science, engineering, or closely related field.

Salary Range: $110,000.00-$135,000.00
