Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team, collaborating with a global healthcare ISV and a leading Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendor. In this role, you will guide the team through a multi-year initiative to transform a legacy application suite into a modern, SaaS-based solution utilizing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks on Oracle Cloud. This position is ideal for a dynamic and proactive Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile methodologies and delivering high-value projects in the healthcare technology sector.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the automation of migration processes to ensure smooth transitions to new systems
- Develop control plans for automating provisioning and simplifying customer onboarding processes
- Oversee the creation and integration of personal health records into the new platform
- Lead efforts for multi-EHR expansion and international growth in developed countries
- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles to ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework
- Remove impediments affecting the team's progress and enhance overall productivity
- Foster a collaborative environment where open communication and collective problem-solving are encouraged

- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar
- Proven experience in software development with Java, C++, C#, or .NET
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development within a cloud environment
- Demonstrated excellence in delivery within Agile development environments
- Strong track record in managing development and delivery of software projects
- Proficient in project management practices and tools
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher
- Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
- Experience with scripting languages
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services
