Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you’ll lead an agile team within a large DevSecOps contract, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do: 

• Be responsible for removing blockers and ensuring the team is on track for sprint and PI objectives.
• Regularly report on status and blockers to the client and other leaders.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 2+ years of experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Passion for coaching team members on the concepts of Agile.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master Experience leading various technical delivery projects (front-end web development, back-end development, etc.) and managing agile delivery teams.
• A current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• The ability to coach the team in TDD/BDD practices.
• Experience using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, data, etc.) in a remote/virtual environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
