MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

• 3+ years of Agile experience

• 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
• 7+ Agile model/Scrum
• Kanban and backlog
• Execution of scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily scrum/standup meeting, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective.

• Understanding of the Scrum framework, Scrum values, Agile mindset, principles and values with the ability to train others in its subtleties.
• Possessing prior experience in programing / software development is highly desirable.

• Responsible for an optimal performance of its scrum team and for ensuring that the Agile Scrum framework, practices and values are used.
• Supporting the Product Owner for maintaining product backlog.
• Assisting with internal and external communication.
• Address and solve cross team blockers with the Product Owner, Release Manager.
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Coaching and influencing at all levels to promote increased business agility, stable Scrum team velocity, predictability, innovation and quality; removing obstacles and impediments where needed;
