Scrum Master

Seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Scrum framework, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination between team members, and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.

• Oversee the entire Scrum process and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and ensure continuous improvement
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members
• Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM) is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
