Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Sandy, UT (hybrid)Â
Summary:
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating and supporting the Scrum process within the team. They do this by helping the team to understand and apply the Scrum framework, removing impediments, and coaching the team to self-organize and improve.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support the Scrum process, including the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Coach the team to self-organize and improve.
- Promote communication and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and values.
- Track the team's progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report on the team's progress to the Engineering Manager.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and values.
- Experience facilitating and supporting agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
