You have a proven history of Agile Transformation and driving successful cross-team collaboration and coordination. You enjoy working with Product team members to share best practices and experiment results to bring alignment of Agile practices across the organization. You are not afraid to drive change and try new things and value giving and receiving feedback.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate the efforts and collaboration of a dedicated remote team
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning and retrospective ceremonies
• Measure team outputs and performance
• Identify and escalate issues that are inhibiting team performance
• Participate in triage meetings to help replicate issues and assess urgency
• Work with stakeholders and Product Owners to develop and maintain a backlog of work
• Organize cross-team collaboration for larger site integrations
• Coach our teams and partner with leaders to foster agile principles, values, practices, tools and frameworks

Proficiencies/Requirements

• 5+ years related experience including 3+ years as a Scrum Master 
• 2+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects 
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring others 
• Proven ability to facilitate the removal of impediments
• Advanced facilitation, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Agile certification(s): Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Master.
• Experience leveraging data and team metrics to demonstrate team capacity, predictability & maturity
• Agile coaching experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Remote employees do not have a permanent desk in our office and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
