Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two cross-functional teams - daily stand-up meetings, sprint plannings, and sprint retrospectives
• Maintain Jira, so that all the tickets are up-to-date, followed up, and pushed forward
• Ensure the whole company is informed about upcoming releases, and any potential risks and issues
• Follow-up on all non-technical deliverables post-release
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
• Go through Jira reports with Engineering Managers in order to collect and analyze overall Engineering and specific team metrics; derive insights from metrics to improve future processes
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Keep relevant Confluence spaces relevant and updated
• Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality features

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Scrum Master role or similar project management roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English proficiency
• Proficiency in Jira
• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with folks across different teams and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to accomplish assignments
• Extreme attention to detail, resourcefulness, and flawless execution
• Excellent team management skills
• Ability to also see the big picture
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• High EQ
• Positive, empathetic, driven, collaborative, flexible, and confident
• Four-year university degree or equivalent experience

Bonus points:

• Successful track record of driving project plans and execution in a fast-paced environment (SaaS business preferred)
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
