Clearance:  TS/SCI w/ Poly

Location/Flexibility: Chantilly, Virginia. NO remote work.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead meetings, keep team members focused and facilitate groups to reach timely consensus.
• Detect when a process is in trouble, draft impact analysis, propose and implement resolution.
• Listen to the customers, respond to their needs in a manner that provides added value.
• Provide the highest quality services which meet the needs and requirements of all customers.
• Commit to continuous improvement through empowerment and servant leadership.
• Sees ahead clearly, can anticipate future, broad knowledge and perspective and is future oriented. 

Qualifications:

        Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (multiple experience levels available).
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Must have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to “multi-task”.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams, requiring close consultation and coordination.
• Demonstrated ‘servant’ leadership skills.
• Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools such as JIRA, and Microsoft Office applications.

        Preferred:

• Certified SCRUM Master.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications, Oracle database, and COP management.
• Familiarity with the customer programs and customer facilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
• Ability to interact and work in a teaming environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
