Job Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile practices, continuously improving processes.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure smooth delivery of work.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog and ensure clear communication of project goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the teams.
• Track and manage team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Support team development, including coaching and mentoring team members in Agile methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business goals and team objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with Agile enterprise frameworks (LeSS Huge, SAFe etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Experience in conflict resolution and removing obstacles for teams.
• Familiar with Jira as project management software.
• Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in software development or a related technical background is a plus.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
