Job Description

TechFlow Inc. has an opportunity for a Scrum Master who will Facilitate or guide a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness. The Scrum Master also leads discussions and decision making, and assists in mediation of conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders.
  • Understand the fundamentals of iterative development as well as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 4 years of additional experience.
  • Experience working with distributed software development products and teams, with ability to lead cross functional teams.
  • Experience with common Agile practices and service-oriented environments.
  • Must be able to create Requirement Documents (RD) and based on the project need, develop Test Plans (TPs) and Test Cases.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
