AS A SCRUM MASTER, YOU WILL: 

• Prepare and be the facilitator of sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demos, sprint retrospectives, and refinement sessions. 
• Advocate for continuous improvement and protect a culture of innovation while having a constant focus on improving the teams.
• Remove impediments which reduce productivity or block team progress by managing issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
• Provide full transparency to the organization at all stages of projects through consistent and accurate reporting.
• Manage the team sprint boards to ensure they’re always up-to-date.
• Track and help improve team velocity.
• Mediate conflicts within the teams.
• Promote consistency, where it makes sense, across teams and the organization.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others both internally and externally
• Skill in communicating in our team style
• Product management background is preferred but not required
• Industry experience is a plus but not required
