Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team as we undertake a significant multi-year initiative to re-engineer and migrate our legacy applications to a SaaS-based solution on Oracle Cloud.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving the successful completion of crucial projects. This role presents an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
• Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution
• Remove impediments to the team's progress by proactively identifying and addressing issues
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices to optimize performance and output
• Work closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring clarity and vision
• Monitor project performance through the use of metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management techniques and Agile methodologies
• Background in software development and project life cycle stages
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of migration automation and control plan automation strategies
• Experience in healthcare technology projects, preferably involving personal health records and multi-EHR systems
• Capability to navigate and foster relationships in multi-national business environments
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
