Scrum Master

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Scrum Master in Brazil.

This role is focused on enabling high-performing agile teams by fostering collaboration, improving delivery processes, and ensuring the effective application of Scrum and Kanban frameworks. You will act as a facilitator and servant leader, helping teams remove obstacles, maintain focus, and continuously improve their ways of working. The environment is dynamic and delivery-oriented, requiring strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and development teams. You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery of value while promoting agile maturity across the organization. This position also involves coaching teams on agile principles, encouraging continuous improvement, and supporting a culture of accountability and transparency. • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective participation and engagement from the team.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that block team progress, proactively supporting delivery continuity.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting agile principles such as incremental delivery, continuous integration, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support teams in managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining focus on delivering business value.
• Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative, respectful, and productive team environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across agile teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban, including principles, ceremonies, and practical application.
• Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Trello for planning, tracking, and managing project activities.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including boards, repositories, pipelines, and testing features.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies in an engaging and effective manner.
• Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to ensure team productivity and flow.
• Experience in conflict resolution, team motivation, and fostering a positive working environment.
• Ability to promote agile best practices such as continuous delivery and iterative development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• (Differential) Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (PSM, Scrum Alliance, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• (Differential) Experience in financial services or leadership roles in development teams is a plus.
