Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile team in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and have experience with the ServiceNow platform (especially HRSD). Working with a team of 3 developers, a QA engineer and a technical manager, the candidate will be responsible for the timely and quality delivery of solutions. Other duties will include facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams including HR teams and other IT teams.. They will be responsible for participating in M&A projects, aligning and coordinating the development team with other IT teams against a multi-month schedule. They will also be responsible for the tracking and execution of test scripts during large deployments and upgrades.
