Job Overview
Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects and programs; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions
• Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects and programs; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Facilitates Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospectives and Daily Scrum (Stand Ups) for moderately complex projects.
• Supports Service Delivery Owners in short and long term release planning and maintaining a healthy Service Delivery Backlog.
• Maintains clarity and enforcement of “Definition of Done”
• Monitors identified risks to program success and informs applicable stakeholders.
• Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of non-complex projects under broad supervision; drives completion of the project/program.
• Manages stakeholder relationships; executes communication plan.
• Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization.
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end service delivery.
• Shields the team from any distractions and interferences.
• Delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
