We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Scrum Master intern.

The role of a Scrum Master is ensure the Scrum framework is followed by cross functional teams. Reporting to the Manager of Scrum Masters, the intern will be responsible for shadowing one or more scrum masters to learn scrum values and practice while remaining flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve workflows.

Objectives:
  • Learn the role of a Scrum Master through shadowing and participation in daily scrums
  • Be an energetic advocate to our teams, other departments, and external customers
  • Help maintain a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear and people are committed to continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving
  • Help facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution in support of attaining value
  • Help identify and make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems


Requirements:
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to lead initiatives as well as contribute as a team member
  • Exceptional analytical; critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to be a great teammate
  • A great attitude and passion for learning
  • Organizational skills
