What We'll Bring:
As a member of the International Platforms & Services Team, this Scrum Master role will participate in the full software development lifecycle of complex applications for Analytics & Fulfillment teams in multiple regions.The role is also responsible for helping drive the Agile Events and get the implementation completed by bringing in best of Agile standards and practices.
What You'll Bring:
Job Description Summary• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with and coaching scrum teams.• A Bachelor's degree• Must have a Scrum Certification.• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills. Must be fluent in communication.• Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Software like: Jira/Confluence or Agile Central• Work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries.• Must have experience in Facilitating PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery.
Hands on experience handling DevOps team and multiple team

Knowledge on Project/Program management & stakeholder management
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
