The Job

We are looking for Project Manager / Scrum master with at least 5 years of experience with hybrid Cloud solutions, to join a growing engineering organization. The ideal person must have worked in a fast-paced team environment responsible for frequent product releases, project management.

• Location: Mountain View, CA.

What you'll do (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Lead the multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each sprint

• Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with across team on removing those obstructions
• Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance, where needed
• Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint

• Coordinate project activities for production operations team and ensure goals of projects are met
• Communicate across multiple stakeholders and provide timely updates on the projects

Requirements

What you'll need (Basic Qualifications)

• Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams
• Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as DoR, DoD, user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)

• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment
• Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focus in high pace environment
• Servant leadership mindset & approach
• Degree in computer sciences or similar field
• Can coordinate multiple projects at the same time

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)
• Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products
