About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spinning up and managing two Scrum teams, ensuring effective Agile practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This position is critical for driving the success of our development projects and ensuring our teams achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Formation and Management:

Initiate and establish two new Scrum teams every four months.

Ensure that each team is well-structured and ready to start sprints effectively.

Sprint Ceremonies:

Facilitate and run all sprint ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Guide team members during these ceremonies to ensure objectives are met and the team remains focused.

Coaching and Mentorship:

Identify opportunities for resistance and provide coaching to navigate these challenges.

Help team members understand and embrace Agile values and principles.

Provide mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Impediment Removal:

Assist in identifying and removing impediments that hinder the team’s progress.

Ensure that the team can work efficiently and effectively without unnecessary obstacles.

Agile Best Practices:

Coach and lead the team in practicing Agile methodologies and best practices.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Agile Metrics Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and report Agile metrics on a monthly basis.

Use these metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Scrum Master:

Proven experience in spinning up and managing multiple Scrum teams.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.

Facilitator and Guide:

Excellent facilitation skills for running effective sprint ceremonies.

Ability to guide and mentor team members through Agile processes.

Problem Solver:

Skilled in identifying and removing impediments.

Proactive approach to solving problems and addressing team challenges.

Communicator and Coach:

Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.

Ability to navigate resistance and foster a collaborative team environment.

Metrics and Reporting:

Experience in collecting and analyzing Agile metrics.

Ability to use data to drive team improvements and track progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
