Scrum Master | Remote

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are moving quickly. As a Scrum Master at InMoment, it will be critical that the Scrum Master, coach and facilitate across multiple teams. This position will require the ability to coach and direct different teams in different maturity levels of Scrum, and as a service your skillz, yes with a Z, will be leveraged across different teams in different ways and amounts. The role requires an individual who makes data driven decisions and understands how to drive actionable insights to improve the team's performance.

WHO YOU ARE

• BS or Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS and Cloud service environment.
• You have a deep understanding of how modern software is developed, tested, and deployed.
• A track record of successfully managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously
• You are proficient in JQL and have an understanding of Jira plug-ins.
• Experience guiding the continuous improvement of processes and technology.
• Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
• Ability to demonstrate extraordinary communication, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
• You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at InMoment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage Scrum teams towards InMoment's Principles and Values of Agile Engineering.
• Be in constant communication with team members via Slack and other communication channels.
• Identify and eliminate distractions to the teams.
• Create and provide regular feedback loops.
• Facilitate and Practice InMoment's process across multiple teams
• Manage success criteria and metrics for each team
• Manage organizational success criteria to ensure expectations and needs are being met
• Master the tools necessary for the InMoment process to continue to run smoothly including the coaching of teams or team members on those tools
• Ensure the celebration of the wins

LOCATION

Remote in the United States, but you have to be available to work in the Mountain or Eastern Timezone.
