Mindex's Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, management, requirements planning, design, architecture, development, testing, and support navigate, and execute through the full software product lifecycle, including project.

We seek a Scrum Master to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coach scrum team members, and other scrum masters in Agile frameworks and SDLC processes. Mentor teams to be self-organizing, self-managing, and self-disciplined in pursuit of continuous improvement.

• Work with two scrum teams to facilitate all standard scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and navigate a scaled agile environment (release planning, quarterly planning).

• Ability to manage and report on complex projects in an enterprise environment involving multiple teams, and external vendor dependencies.

• Act as a Project Manager to manage each project's scope, timeline, and cost to meet stakeholder satisfaction.

• Partner with technical leads to provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development to individual scrum team members. This position includes people management and ownership of performance management and provides input into hiring and firing decisions.

• Identify strategic opportunities and take on stretch goals (e.g. process creation or improvement) that align with the Mindex values.
• Champion the Mindex culture. Build a trusting, open, and safe environment that promotes transparency and innovation where problems can be identified and productively solved.

Requirements

• Three - five+ years working as Scrum Master or Project Manager in a complex enterprise agile environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple teams, adapting to complex and changing circumstances
• Expertise in project management methodologies and skilled at managing multiple projects with ability to prioritize, organize, and maintain details
• Skilled at coaching, mentoring, motivating, and managing people
• Strong initiative, follow-through, and accountability skills
• Advanced knowledge of scrum techniques, roles, patterns, and practices. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
• Advanced Scrum Certifications and/or Project Management certifications are a plus
