SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. We are looking for a Cyber Focal Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is near Washington, DC in Arlington, VA.

OVERVIEW

In this position you will be a Scrum Master supporting a government clients modernization of a legacy application. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The candidate will work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team's ability to deliver value. This candidate will also be responsible for managing the teams Agile project management tool and ensuring that the teams progress is transparent to all stakeholders/management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment
• 2+ years' experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-ups

Preferred qualifications:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the client's requirements
