Key Skills:

• Team / Squad level metrics, planning and support.
• Must have experience as a Scrum Master (3 to 5+ years).
• Ability to work across multiple Teams / Squads. Experience using JIRA is a plus.

Job description:
GAP (Global Architecture and Platforms as a Service) Scrum Master. This Scrum Master is responsible for 2+ GAP Teams / Squads. You will work with Product, Engineering and Architecture roles to plan and deliver business value to Cross Technology customers. You will be responsible for scheduling, organizing and facilitating Team / Squad level events (Planning, Refinement, Retro, Execution, Reviews). You will manage Team / Squad level metrics to help the Team / Squad improve and monitor iteration progress and goals.
