Scrum Master (Veldhoven area)

We are seeking an experiencedScrum Master to join our Team in Veldhoven and support both the Scrum Team and Stakeholders. The Scrum Master will play a key role in defining and implementing an empirical approach around complex work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Scrum Team in various ways, including coaching the team on the Scrum rules, self-management and cross-functionality
• Facilitate Daily Scrum meetings and define clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Remove any impediments to the team's efficiency and progress, in order to help them create high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Support in Scrum events and ensure they are positive, productive and kept within the assigned timebox
• Offer techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum teams
• Plan and advise the implementation of Scrum within the organisation

• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects and ability to quickly resolve problems by remove impediments
• Experience of representing the single point of contact for stakeholders' requests
• Experience of fostering an Agile mindset and a culture of constant improvement in the team
• Experience of protecting the from distractions so that they can work productively
• Ability to be present in Veldhoven at least twice a week
