Here's the Gist:

Wolfspeed is hiring a Scrum Master/Project Manager for our Information Technology (IT) Manufacturing Systems team. This person will work with IT and internal business stakeholders to deploy innovative digital solutions related to manufacturing execution systems (MES), automation and controls, new technology and new product development, quality, and supply chain. Projects will range in scale from quick enhancements to large initiatives across Wolfspeed's global semiconductor business. The ideal candidate has project management experience, a desire to drive digital transformation, strong communication and organizational skills, and a leadership mindset.

The Day-to-Day:

• Meets with internal business stakeholders to determine business needs, scope of work, and prioritization.
• Develops and monitors the project schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Interfaces with technical personnel to gather task status, identify gaps, and drive execution.
• Directs the creation and maintenance of the required project documentation and artifacts.
• Provides weekly project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitors and coordinates dependencies across projects and resolves conflicts.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for engaging others to resolve obstacles
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related discipline
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations preferred
