SDET (Cucumber, Cypress, Javascript) I

pureIntegration, a technology consulting firm with 19+ years of experience servicing Fortune 100 clients is seeking a Software Automation Developer in Test to join our team. This role is responsible for developing automation scripts for Smart TV experiences. Smart TV is an integrated interface and voice remote to access customers' favorite live and on-demand streaming content from hundreds of apps and services. 

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Work Arrangement: W2 Hourly Employment

Work Authorization: GC, US Citizens. We don’t accept or work with C2C contractors.

• Write automated tests (feature files) using Cucumber automation tool
• Write step definitions (executable JavaScript methods) at the unit, services/integration, and UI layers of the software
• Collaborate with the Automation team to translate E2E regression test cases into automation scripts
• Work with the development and product management teams to understand new requirements and fix regression/sanity tests
• Analyze and automate REST web services called by the application for display of data and error handling
• Automate and execute (in every release) new features, performance scripts to measure speed, reliability and resiliency of the software

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working with automation of applications using Cypress
• 1+ years of experience working with Cucumber automation framework
• 1+ years of experience with JavaScript
• Working experience with GIT Version Control System
• Any experience working with CICD tools
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate and participate in technical architecture meetings with other Software Engineers in Philadelphia
• Working knowledge of JIRA and knowledge of Agile ceremonies.
