SDET Manager with Python Engineer with Data Expertise

Location: Charlotte, NC

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
• 10-12 + yrs of experience in SDET with Python and Data Expertise.
• Experience in Python with Data/ETL
• Ability to handle a large team. (onsite & offshore exp.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Python with Data/ETL
• Python, java, JavaScript
• Database skills - writing and executing complex DB queries to data comparison and validations
• Experience in working with cloud-based databases
• Hands on experience on test management tools like Rally, ALM and Jira
• Handling complex framework implementation
• Experience in building engineering metrics
• Ability to lead automation team and drive client solutions and proposals
• Analyze and interpret business rules and data models to create effective test cases
• Create and maintain test data sets to simulate real-time business scenarios
• Automate ETL validations using open-source tools or custom libraries
• Lead the team, adopt to DevOps culture, build scalable test automation suite
