Job Description
We are looking for an analytically driven Director of Sales Development to lead our global sales development organization. As a driving force behind our growth and pipeline targets, you will lead a diverse, experienced and energetic team of professionals across multiple global regions. You will have a strong record of defining operating processes, coaching SDRs, and partnering with Sales and Marketing. You will possess high level knowledge of revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales development activities. You will set a high standard for performance.
What Will You Do
- Lead our sales development team and establish a strong inbound and outbound pipeline strategy to generate sustainable revenue growth.
- Collaborate and partner with global sales and marketing leaders and executives to align on GTM strategy, shared goals and operational best practices.
- Foster professional development and engagement programs that promote learning to accelerate career growth for all team members

- 1+ years of SDR Management experience and leadership experience of sales development teams in the tech sector
- Experience and knowledge working with the SDR tech stack, including SFDC, Salesloft, Orum, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo
- Proven ability to build, grow, and mentor global teams, taking a hands-on approach to cultivating expertise, coaching SDRs directly, and ensuring accountability
- Pipeline growth mindset with a focus on execution and actions, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota attainment targets
- In depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as employee and sales team incentive and motivation programs
- Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to apply data to decision making, combined with strategic and organizational planning skills
