As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), and a member of the U.S. team, you will play an integral role in developing our sales and growth strategy, with a focus on creating an efficient and scalable process, from lead generation through deal closure and asset management. This is a high impact position that will allow you to work closely with the leadership team, as well as cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Investor Relations and the Equity Success team. Requirements

About the Role:

  • Reach out to new employees who registered on our platform, and also perform cold reach outs to create your own leads.
  • Document outreach efforts with new employees.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and the equity success team to continuously evolve and enhance our customers experience, the product, and the overall sales process.
  • Be able to explain private placement offerings and the legal Investment documents to prospective and current employees.

About you:

  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably with selling private placement financial products.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. You must be licensed to sell our product.
  • A proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • A proven track record of meeting (and preferably exceeding) sales goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A very good understanding of investment and equity mechanics. - Huge plus!
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player that can also work well independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
