We’re looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Expert that's passionate about what they do and is excited to work within a rapidly growing division at a rapidly growing agency! In this role, you will work within our Media Services division, which offers our clients paid search, social, and affiliate services. As an SEO expert, you will be accountable for executing and advancing SEO services for our roster of clients and supporting our Agency Team Lead in taking our services to the next level. You will leverage your skills and expertise in collaboration with internal partners to drive trackable results via organic search, traffic, and conversions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the day-to-day link building, keyword research, campaign auditing, and technical SEO for a variety of clients in different verticals
  • Act as the SEO subject matter expert and build your expertise to keep DMi and our clients one step ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate with clients to understand overarching business goals and provide strategic recommendations in line with their overarching SEO and business strategies
  • Track and report on SEO success through site health metrics, rankings, and traffic and conversion numbers
  • Provide best-in-class service – ensuring client needs are met, and aim for a world-class NPS score
  • Work closely with our Agency Team Lead and Head of Growth on identifying opportunities for the divisions’ growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have strong client-facing skills
  • You possess strong time management and organizational skills and know how to best prioritize your team based on client needs and strategies
  • You have experience working with business development teams to provide insights and audits for potential clientele
  • You can interpret data and use those insights to inform SEO strategy and implementation
  • You can articulate SEO concepts to clients both written and verbally
  • You have 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • You have familiarity with popular website platforms like Shopify and WordPress and SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Moz

Salary range: $55,000 - 75,000
