This position is site specific and is only based in Seattle. $1,000.00 sign-on bonus for work inside Seattle after 90 days of employment. Apply online at www.phoenixprotectivecorp.com You will: Receive excellent hands-on training with our National Certified Training Instructors to include; Defensive Tactics, OC Foam, Use of Restraints, AVADE, Taser and Firearms. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for stability and experience. Responsibilities: • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle • Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards • Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities • Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Additional duties as assigned You Provide: • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN SEATTLE • Genuine desire and interest in the security industry • Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others • Reliable transportation • Basic computer skills to include Word and Outlook • Strong communication/writing skills • Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors) • Flexible working schedule to include weekends • 18 years of age and older (21 for Armed) • Driver's License • Pass pre-employment drug testing • *Wage $27hr/DOE for Seattle* BENEFITS • Team environment • Direct deposit payroll • 401(k) • Excellent Group Health medical insurance with prescription benefits and vision • Dental Insurance • PTO (Paid Time Off) • EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Women, Minorities, and Veterans encouraged to apply!
