EC Compliance Reporting Data Analyst Position Summary We are urgently seeking aSenior Data Analystwithhands-on SEC regulatory reporting experience— specificallyForm PFand related SEC filings — who can hit the ground running. This role is not for general finance or insurance data analysts; candidates must bringdirect prior experience preparing and working with SEC Form PF filingsand other compliance-related reporting. The ideal candidate has worked ininvestment banking, asset management, or compliance regulatory reportingand has the technical depth (ETL, SQL, vendor tools) to contribute immediately in a production support and enhancement environment. Must-Have Experience • SEC Regulatory Reporting (Mandatory):Direct experience withForm PFand familiarity with other filings such as Large Shareholder Disclosure, 13G, 13F-2 SHO. • Investment Banking / Asset Management domain knowledge— required. • ETL Development & Data Analysis:Strong skills in ETL (Datastage preferred, others acceptable), data mapping, cleansing, validation, and solutioning. • SQL Expertise:Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle/PL SQL. • Regulatory Vendor Tools (Mandatory):Confluence Signal, Confluence Consensus (experience here is required, not just nice-to-have). • Cloud / Scheduling:AWS and Autosys. • Agile Tools:JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow. • Client-facing experience:Ability to engage directly with stakeholders on a daily basis. • Minimum 8+ years as a Data Analyst. Responsibilities • Analyze, document, and resolve ongoingproduction support issuesin SEC compliance reporting processes. • Perform data analysis, mapping, and solutioning forForm PF and related regulatory reporting modules. • Support quarterly/annual regulatory processes, enhancements, and post-production issue resolution. • Collaborate across modules includingSignal, Form PF (Consensus), and Symphony Data Warehouse .
