We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
β’ Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of all learners.
β’ Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking.
β’ Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
β’ Provide support for students with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom experience.
β’ Encourage creative writing and research projects that promote linguistic skills and enhance students' communication abilities.
β’ Maintain organized records of student progress, attendance, and classroom activities.
β’ Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom happenings.
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Education or relevant subject area; teaching certification preferred.
β’ Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student records effectively.
β’ Experience in classroom management and a deep understanding of educational methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of linguistics, journalism, or proofreading is a plus, enhancing the curriculum offered to students.
β’ Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including those requiring special education support.
β’ Familiarity with educational technology tools that can enhance learning experiences.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
